As you know I’ve been working at Range Online Media for the past 9 months or so. My position there is Director of SEO and my mandate is to grow that division of our company. We’ve had an amazing run of late and the growth is fantastic – so much so that it’s time to grow the team. I’m looking for top notch SEOs that can hit the ground running. I want to be able to drop a new client in your lap and trust you know what to do.
You will need to:
-Recommend improvements to a site that will boost natural search listings
-Analyze website content and architecture
-Optimize site components including copy, metatags, page title, site architecture, etc.
-Develop keyword lists
-Perform competitive analysis
-Monitor SEO program progress with regard to keyword ranking, indexed pages, backlinks, etc.
-Keep up to date knowledge and awareness of current SEO practices
You will have:
-3+ years as an SEO Specialist
-A full understanding of Google, Yahoo and MSN in particular
-Must be knowledgeable about Java Script, CSS, HTML (ie:view source code and have a basic understanding how a page is built)
-Ability to communicate instructions, expectations and deadlines clearly and effectively
-Must be a self starter
-Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
So…what are the benefits? You get to work with me – does the rest even matter?
Seriously tho, we’re like everyone else out there from a benefits/401K standpoint – blah blah blah. I will say this tho. Range is a very unique place to work full of driven, talented people.
If you’re serious about SEO and would like to join a rapidly growing company and you think you could tolerate working for me then send me your resume. todd at rangeonlinemedia dot com
Oh yeah – the weather it Ft Worth is lovely this time of year too.

Qualified SEO Professional != Entrepreneur. I know all kinds of great SEOs that just don’t want to go it alone. Some people are just not wired up to be self employed entrepreneurs.
